Job Responsibility

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) for record-keeping.
  • Ability to read and update maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.

Administrative & Organizational Skills

  • Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and supply tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirements
  • Minimum:Â High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred:Â Additional certification in office administration, supply chain management, or facility maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance terminology (helpful but not always required).
  • Work Experience
  • Entry-level: 1â2 years of experience in administrative support, inventory control, or maintenance coordination.
  • Preferred: Previous work in a maintenance department, facility management, or warehouse/logistics.
  • Familiarity with work order systems (e.g, SQL)
