As a Maintenance Engineer Intern, you will be reporting to our Maintenance Engineer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience, deepen your technical knowledge, and contribute to the safe and reliable supply of industrial gases to our customers.

What You'll Learn & Experience:
- Dive deep into the latest industrial compliance and safety standards through active involvement in critical reviews.
- Grasp the engineering principles behind guaranteeing a continuous and reliable supply of industrial gases to our customers.
- Enhance your skills in vital areas like P&IDs, Process Control Systems, Elements Important for Safety (EIS), and Safety Protection Loops & Interlocks.
- Acquire invaluable practical experience during the live commissioning of a cutting-edge Nitrogen Generation Plant.
- Play a key role in developing essential Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will define our operational setup.
- Directly contribute to the foundational processes that ensure the safety and efficiency of our advanced facilities.
- Support the setup of CMMS (MAXIMO and CIS) systems for the new production site.
- Assist the Maintenance Engineer in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance processes and tracking improvement actions.
- Develop and deploy maintenance checklists and reporting platforms for existing production units based on operational needs and customer requirements.
- Create training materials for the existing production site in accordance with Air Liquide Group Standard requirements.
- Update Process and Maintenance P&IDs and SOPs to reflect current amendments for existing production units and bulk installations.
- Participate in Group Technical related work scopes and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google applications.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
