Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead Maintenance & Engineering and Facilities team.
• Any competency to Certified Environment Professional in industrial effluent treatment systems (CePIETSO)- BP, Pysical Chemical processes (CePIETSO-PCP) or, Environmental professional in Scheduled waste management (CePSWaM) follow DOE standard.
• Familiar with factory power supply and distribution, air conditioning, and exhaust systems;
• Organize and manage day to day maintenance activities, troubleshoot and repairing of facility system, including Electrical, Refrigeration Ammonia and CO2 System, Air Condition/ Cooling Cold Room, Air Blast, IQF System Wastewater Treatment System, Air Compressor, Boiler, Thermal Oil and Fire Alarm System and Building Maintainer.
• Plan and supervise the team in execute cost saving and improvement program.
• Control operating expenses and all maintenance spending in line with budgeted levels.
• Maintain the competency as DOE Competent Person.
• Direct maintenance programs on all machinery within the production to ensure operation at peak efficiency at all times.
• Work closely with production team to identity opportunities for automation and improvements.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure;
• Promote cooperation between all of the business units within the Company and with top managers and staffs to strengthen Company’s impact.

Job Requirements :

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
3. Preferable can speak Mandarin language to communicate oversea clients.
4. Proficient in Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
5. Preferable knowledge in ISO22000, ISO9001, and GMP.
6. Strong leadership skills and able to assess, lead, train and monitor subordinates’ performance effectively.
7. Proactive with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental regulations will be an added advantage.
