MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The duties include repairing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring (1 phase and 3 phase), regularly check on CCTV connection, air conditioning, air compressor, must know checking motor AC 3 phase, troubleshooting control panel 3 phase, inspecting buildings to verify safety standards and scheduling major repairs with building residents.

1. Performing routine maintenance around the building such as repairing structural damage, for example, repair of windows, doors or walls, and etc.
2. Repair broken or leaking pipes to prevent water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
3. Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or disconnected wire occurs (must know wiring 1 phase and 3 phase)
4. Maintaining building HVAC equipment to ensure climate control in facilities is functioning properly
5. Applying for preventive measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using sealants on flat roofs.
6. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injury.
7. Painting buildings when the old paint has become faded or peeled off.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years experience in related field
2. SKM in Electric or PW4 certificate
