  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written

Main Job Role

This role acts as a vital link between headquarters and local teams in managing special pricing approvals. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to sales teams on special pricing requests, maintaining visibility of all special pricing statuses, and providing comprehensive reports categorized by business unit, model, and pricing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key coordinator between headquarters and local operations in managing and facilitating special pricing requests.
  • Ensure prompt and consistent response to sales teams on special pricing queries, aligning with profitability targets and market conditions.
  • Monitor, track, and report all special pricing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability across business units, product models, and pricing tiers.
  • Analyze and interpret pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, presenting insights in a business-friendly format.
  • Support the preparation of segment business forecasts and contribute to pricing strategy refinement based on ongoing analysis.
  • Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and assess their impact on company offerings and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and adjust pricing guidelines to reflect market changes, product positioning, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools to streamline and enhance the decision-making process for special pricing scenarios.
  • Drive internal alignment and communication around segment pricing strategies and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of product bundling, launches, or customized offers.
