Mall Manager - Based in AEON Mall Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Summary: -

A mall manager oversees the operations and management of a shopping mall or retail complex. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of all mall facilities, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing tenant relationships, maximizing occupancy rates, and optimizing the mall's financial performance.

Job Requirements: -

• Degree/Diploma in any field.
• 5-7 years of working experience in retail/ Mall operations management/related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on shift schedule, during Rest Day or Public Holiday.
• This position is a permanent role and will be based in AEON Mall Shah Alam, Selangor.
