MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are seeking driven and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This 1-year program is designed to cultivate leadership potential by providing intensive training, hands-on experience, and in-depth knowledge in a specific department and specially designed to groom promising graduates to be leader in the manufacturing industry.

It would be preferable that candidates are equipped with an education background of Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial Technology or equivalent. Also, candidates with excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin communication, as well as strong analytical and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably FRESH university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications
• Experience with research project or laboratory work or CAD drawing during academic studies will be an added advantage
• Candidates with leadership experience in university or notable achievements, such as awards, research projects, sports endeavors, or participation in team-based competitions will be given first consideration
