Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Consolidate Infineon's Cross Functional Operational Requirements and assess supplier readiness in a structured gap analysis.
• Project manager and lead overall enabling wok packages to meet ramp up timeline.
• Review and apply lesson learnt to continuously improve new project planning and execution.
• Work independently with cross functional teams (Division, Development, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Corporate Supply Chain Management, IT& Factory Integration, Procurement, Intercompany Shipment ) in a matrix environment to establish and optimize end to end supply chain setup in support of external manufacturing.
• Enable the integration of subcontract manufacturing information with Infineon Systems
• Set up Capability for ongoing reliability monitoring and single device traceability.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in a technical field (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering)
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry in areas of package development, production management, Quality, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing and enabling OSAT suppliers.
• Proficient in Project Management and experienced in leading projects in a cross functional and global setting.
• Able to lead in a matrix environment.
• Technical proficiency in backend semiconductor manufacturing.
• Good understanding of engineering, quality, operations, planning and logistics requirements.
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts in SAP/GPN environment preferred.
• Language proficiency in written / spoken Chinese/ Mandarin.
