Manager - IT (Software Development)

The role is to oversee the development and enhancement of the organization's software applications through strategic planning, best practices, and effective management of the IT leadership team. This senior position involves redefining and optimizing processes and technological strategies to enhance the delivery and functionality of critical systems and software solutions across the enterprise. • Oversee and approve major IT purchases and budget allocations.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding and optimization of all installed systems across departments.
