Key Responsibilities

HR Governance on Policy and SOP:

  1. Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and SOPs to ensure they align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  2. Ensure that all HR processes adhere the established policies HR processes adhere to the established policies and SOPs and provide guidance to HR teams on governance- related matters
  3. Lead the regular audit and revision process for HR policies and SOPs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  4. Ensure that the organization's HR practices are aligned with ISO 304142018 standards.

People Analytics

  1. Develop HR reporting and analysics roadmap to support business strategy and HR leaders on providing insights and actionable data to support decision making and assess impact of HR strategies.
  2. Develops and provides workforce analytics reports to HRBPS, HR Heads and Senior Management on trends associated with key human capital factors.
  3. Design and continuously improving Company-wide HR metrics, reports and dashboards which are aligned with the HR and business strategies
  4. Build and refine HR data and analytics capablities with leveraging the HRIS system.
  5. Apply analytic and visualization tools to support decision making and assess impact of HR strategies.
  6. Provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to a team performing analysis on HR data, metrics and reporting to identify trends,patterns, and insights.
  7. Work closely with IT department to define data architecture within HR systems to enable consistent and effective reporting services.

HR Service Level Agreements (SLA);

  1. Establish, monitor, and report on HR SLAs to ensure timely and quality delivery of HR services across the organization
  2. Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to define and agree upon service standards, and continuously improve the SLA process based on performance data,

HR ISO 30414:2018 Compliance:

  1. Ensure that the organization's HR practices are aligned with ISO 30414:2018 standards.
  2. Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
  3. Provide training and guidance to HR teams on ISO 30414:2018 compliance requirements.

Job Requirements and Skills

Education

Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/ Accounting/Finance/OD/ or any related field from any recognize universities.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR governance, compliance, and analytics.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR ISO 30414:2018 standards and experience in implementing an maintaining compliance.
  3. Proven track record in managing HR SLAS, policy development, and workforce optimization.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR data management and dashboard creation.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Specific Knowledge/Skills & Abilities

  1. People oriented and results driven
  2. Demonstrable experience with human resource metrics
  3. Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
  4. Analytics tools, Ms Excel, Ms Words, and Ms PowerPoint.
  5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  6. Must have good presentation and communication skills
  7. Possess leadership qualities with strong analytical mind's ability and result oriented.
  8. Strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities for complex issues
