    Ensure smooth, optimum operation for all the production plants including maintenance and engineering section and wareh
  • ouse.Ensure cost effective operation for all plants and monthly costs maintained within bu
  • dget.Ensure all processing plants are maintained at all times and comply to required stand
  • ards.Implement and exercise safety measures, good housekeeping and manufacturing practices for all pl
  • ants.Ensure that all pressure vessels and boilers are strictly in compliance with JKKP statutory requirem
  • ents.Ensure all SSOP in the ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 are fully & strictly followed and no non-conformities arise during any third-party au
  • dits.Hold weekly production meetings to coordinate and follow up on the production plans and ensure on time, in full delivery for both packed & bulk prod
  • ucts.Hold regular discussions with shipping department to synchronize shipping schedules & production p
  • lans.Have good & regular communication with the bulk & specialty fats sales team to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of quality, on time, in full delivery and
  • cost.Ensure all processing plants & buildings are always kept clean &
  • tidy.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements of
  • JKKP.Constantly find ways to improve the efficiency of steam generation and reduce heating cost for all the processing pl
  • ants.Manage subordinates to adhere to procedures & systems establi
  • shed.Coordinate with external parties ie suppliers, toll packers, customers to ensure SDGI PGR gets the best business d
  • eals.Carry out any other tasks that will be assigned by superior from time to


time.
Ideal Can


  • didate
    Must possess a degree in Engin
  • eering.Experience of at least 6 to 10 years in refinery operations, plant maintenance, refining, fractionation, texturization and boiler oper
  • ations.Strong communication skills, with ability to engage effectively across different levels of emp
  • loyees.Preferably an intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point,
  • Excel)Proven problem-solving and decision making capabilities to address challenges efficiently and proac
