Manager Production Management

In your new role you will:

• Act as the interface between Business Line and Operations
• Take on product responsibility after completion of development andmanage a broad portfolio of GaN discrete and IC
• Drive and lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary product ramp upteams
• Understand and implement the manufacturing strategy incl. transfersand ensure manufacturing capability and capacityfrom development tovolume production
• Analyze product costs structure and identify as well as implement costdown measures within the entire supply chain, e.g. through yield, testcost, material cost, manufacturing cost or process improvement
• Act as project leader and / or project owner for change project aswell as digitization and strategic projects
• Drive task forces, focus teams or 8Ds to address and rectify productor manufacturing issues
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or arelated field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industrywith deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain andmanufacturing processes
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and method skills
• Technical knowledge in Gallium Nitride technologies is a plus
• Gain new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well aschallenge the status quo to explore new paths (e.g. digitization,improvement of processes)
• Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills to manageglobal and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully
