- 確定新的預訂銷售業務以實現個人和財產收入目標。
- 根據市場條件和房地產需求，找到最佳的房地產交易機會。
- 最大限度地提高飯店的客房銷售量和收入，並優先考慮追加銷售。
- 了解飯店的主要目標客戶和服務期望；透過了解客戶的業務、業務問題和顧慮來為客戶提供服務，以提供更好的業務解決方案。
- 使用談判技巧和創造性的銷售能力來完成業務和談判合約。
- 與銷售部門密切合作，協助識別潛在客戶並將潛在客戶轉化為已確認的預訂。
- 監督團體預約並協助監控團體預約預測數據。
- 與銷售和會議服務部門協調處理房間名單和預訂卡。
- 執行並支援已預訂業務的營運面向（例如產生提案、撰寫合約、客戶信函）。
- 確保公司或旅行社資料庫中與客戶資料、預訂、付款和其他記錄相關的資訊的準確性。
- 確保預訂團隊完全了解房間類型和價格結構。
