Manager Source to Contract

The head of Source-to-Contract (S2C) Asia is responsible for a team of 13 S2C buyers whom together manage the complete sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for the Asia region (1.5bio€ spend out of which 500mio€ is Regional or Local, spread over 500+ sourcing events by year)

The Manager S2C EMEA reports to the Procurement Director Center of Excellence located in the Netherlands.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

• Experienced in building RFx events & understanding of e-Sourcing methodologies and advanced sourcing systems (Coupa, Ariba, Keelvar)

• Measuring and improving performance (team & processes)

Vacancy Description

The Head of Source-to-Contract Asia is accountable for his/her team:

• To develop and execute the sourcing calendar (Ariba, Keelvar, RFx)
• Contract lifecycle (creates and maintains legal contracts) & purchase performance.
• Defines the right content for business needs.
• Works in close collaboration with all Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy.
• Responsible for the KPI's on souring performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices.
• Increase sourcing % via preferred vendor and steer to the right buying channels.
• Continuous improvement, drive automation/digitalization.

The Global Procurement discipline oversees all purchasing activities. The department consists of around 210 professionals from around the globe.
