Manager/Executive - Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop the customer growth potential by driving end-to-end and value added solution selling across all Products.
• Develop new prospect customers with potentials within the Northern Region Malaysia.
• Strengthen the customer relationship with customer stakeholder engagement in the Branch.
• Personally engage with all key decision makers within the Business Unit.
• Cold calls and customer visits are required to probe customers to generate/qualified leads to build Opportunity pipelines.
• Maintaining existing accounts and grow new lanes for business growth
• Propose account targets especially new accounts that does not have trading with the company for new business Growth.
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or in any field.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry as added advantage.
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is added advantage.
• Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
