Mandarin Customer Service - Immediate Hiring

• 工作时间：24/7 轮班 - 5 天工作
• 优先考虑有半年或半年以上的客服工作经验，但是也欢迎无工作经验申请

In this position, you'll are required to:

• Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
• To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

• Able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
• Able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
• Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
• Working Hours： 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
• Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply

It would be fantastic if you possess:

• Six months or more of customer service experience
