Job Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide accurate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed
- Maintain and update customer records and systems
- Adhere to company service standards and communication procedures
- Welcome SPM; Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Can speak and read in Mandarin & English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Quick learner, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Training Provided
- Allowance Provided
- Annual Leave and Sick Leave
- EPF and SOCSO
- Near to Lrt Ara Damansara Station
- Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
