Job Responsibility
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, clients, and third parties regarding background screening processes via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues related to delays, missing information, or technical difficulties in the screening process.
- Verify candidate information including education, employment history, and references, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (verifications, compliance, tech support) to ensure smooth case progression and timely updates.
- Welcome Fresh-graduate (minimum diploma/degree).
- Can speak in English and Mandarin with fluent (Excellent verbal and written communication skills.)
- Customer service oriented. Good listening skill.
- Mon-Fri (9am-6pm).
- Near to LRT Ara Damansara.
- Provided Training.
- Provided commission allowance.
- EPF & SOSCO.
- No night shift working.
- 5 working days.
