Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Adhere strictly to the companyâs customer service standards.
- Manage high call volumes with confidence and composure.
- Resolve customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage necessary documentation.
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Open to Fresh Graduates â SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency â Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading and speaking).
- Customer Service Experience â Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills â Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer operations.
- Strong Communication Skills â Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Shift Flexibility â Willingness to work on rotational shifts; no midnight shifts required.
- Work Schedule â 5 working days per week.
