Manufacturing Engineer

Job Descriptions:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to align project objectives.

2. Documentation Management
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, meeting notes, action items, and progress reports for all stakeholders.

3. Resource Management
Identify and allocate necessary resources (materials, personnel, equipment) to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.

4. Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project timelines and quality.

5. Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Track project performance against established KPIs and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.

6. Problem Solving & Change Management
Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing, such as process inefficiencies or supplier delays, to keep the project on track. Manage project scope changes effectively by coordinating with all stakeholders and updating project documentation as necessary.

7. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree, at minimum, in Engineering (Manufacturing or Mechanical)
•Proficient with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD, 2yrs minimum experience. FEA analysis capability is a plus
•3yrs minimum of direct manufacturing experience in metal/plastic manufacturing environment
•Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural work environment
•Project management skills, intermediate level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Advance English technical writing and communication skills
