Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM.
- Able to use microscope.
- Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Perform operation / process as per document and must be certified. Does not perform work with substandard tools or machines.
- To achieve daily target given to them.
- To highlight any quality issues regarding the product or operation to Line Leader or Supervisor.
- To follow any other related process such as ESD and Cleanroom procedure.
- Maintain 5S all the time (to perform at the end of the shift).
- Practice Lean Manufacturing
- Multiskill
