Join us and lead multi-channel demand generation, digital marketing, and ABM strategies in the enterprise software space. Play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth and digital transformation in Malaysia.

To complement our growing team in Malaysia, we are looking for a Marketing and Demand Generation Executive.

Your Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Lead Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, paid ads, webinars, etc), Optimize lead nurturing & conversion strategies using CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and track campaign ROI.
• Content & Digital Marketing: Create compelling thought leadership content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) focused on SAP solutions, Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic and inbound leads, Own website, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns to optimize engagement.
• Partner & Event Marketing, Develop co-marketing campaigns with SAP, AWS, and other strategic partners, Plan and execute virtual & in-person events, webinars, and industry conferences to boost brand authority, Manage marketing collateral, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and conversion rates, optimizing strategies for pipeline acceleration, Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo to measure campaign effectiveness, Conduct market research & competitor analysis to refine positioning.
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing & demand gen.
• Hands-on experience with ABM, lead scoring, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong content marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing expertise.
• Proven success in pipeline acceleration & marketing ROI tracking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
