Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at CSX HOLDINGS SDN BHD. As part of our Marketing & Communications department, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives within the Kota Kinabalu, Sabah region. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to target customers
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Participate in the planning and execution of events and trade shows
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and suggest new ideas to enhance our marketing strategy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the same industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives
