Your day-to-day:

• To coordinate with all parties on all matters relating to all types of Digital Marketing.
• To assist Direct Superiors by co-manage and oversee all Digital Marketing Channels such as Company’s Social Media accounts including but not limited to creative captions, appropriate comment replies etc. in accordance with Company SOP.
• To proactively attend to all Digital Marketing inquiry including Social Media and provide appropriate response in accordance with Company SOP.
• To monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• To involve in product enhancement such as creative inputs brainstorming.
• To ensure all jobs are accurate, well organised and deliver on a timely basis.
• To prepare and ensure accurate, timely completion of any reports required from time to time.
• To undertake any other assignments assigned by Direct Superiors from time to time.

You are ideal candidate because:

• Degree/Diploma in Commerce or its equivalent, major in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Well-versed of Digital Marketing Channels such as Social Media, Blogging platform e.g. WordPress etc.
• Outstanding creative thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient English writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Be self-directed, proactive to take initiative, meticulous and attention to detail.
• Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently, flexible, and a positive attitude.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on shift/weekend/public holiday when required.
• Possess the flexibility to outstation when required.

• Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role may require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
