Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility

Weâre looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team!

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our marketing efforts to grow the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, fees collection and documentation

Print and prepare worksheets and learning materials

Handle incoming phone calls and respond to walk-in and online inquiries (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Assist in marketing tasks such as social media updates and simple promotional activities

Coordinate and schedule student assessments

Arrange class schedules and support teachers with class planning

Ensure the centreâs daily operational needs are met and running smoothly

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

Able to multitask and work independently

Friendly, organised, and has a strong sense of responsibility

Experience in admin or education setting is an advantage

Job Benefits

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Salary Range: RM3000âRM4000 (depending on experience)

Location: Kepong Gi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
