Job Responsibility
- Event Marketing & Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing events including trade shows, workshops, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate logistics.
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up strategies before and after events.
- Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Track and report on performance metrics and engagement.
- Manage social media calendar and coordinate with external content creators or agencies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new formats or ideas.
- Content Creation Support
- Assist in copywriting for digital posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Work closely with the design team or agency on visuals that align with the brand.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) are a plus.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic photography skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic graphic design tasks.
- Experience coordinating events and managing vendors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for fitness and familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus.
