Purpose of Role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Admissions Team. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing, communications, and student recruitment activities to help the school achieve enrolment and retention targets while building the school’s brand and visibility in the local market.

Marketing Executive – Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

  • Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives directed by the Head of Marketing and Regional team.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials follow school and Regional branding guidelines.
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of school events, Open Days, Exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

Content Creation

  • Produce content for social media, website, newsletters, videos, and photography.
  • Assist with simple graphic design tasks using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Maintain and update school communication channels with accurate and relevant information.
  • Prepare promotional and communication materials for parents, students, and events.

Digital Marketing Support & Database Management

  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
  • Support email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and update the school’s CRM (HubSpot) and student management system (iSAMs) to track leads, enquiries, and communications.
  • Monitor engagement, track leads, and provide reports to the team.

Admissions Support

  • Assist the Admissions Team with enquiries, school tours, walk-ins, emails, and social media messages.
  • Provide logistical support for admissions events and promotional campaigns.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support enrolment goals.

Line management

The Marketing Executive will report to the Head Marketing, Admissions and Retention

Qualifications And Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or related field.

Experience And Skills

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably within education or customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Basic videography, video editing, and photography skills.
  • Experience using CRM and student management systems (HubSpot and iSAMs preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in effective social media use, with examples of content created previously.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
