Marketing Executive (Communication)

We're seeking a talented Marcom Executive/Senior Marcom Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and implementing our brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Champion: Develop and manage our corporate and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
2. Campaign Strategist: Craft and execute marketing & communication plans and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
3. Data-Driven Marketer: Analyze campaign performance, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies and actions for optimal results.
4. Budget Custodian: Manage the Marcom budget and oversee the successful execution of marketing activities.
5. Content Creator: Partner with the technical team to create engaging training materials and content for market engagement initiatives.
6. Sales & Marketing Synergy: Support both Marketing and Sales teams by developing impactful communication materials and sales tools.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Marcom, or Business.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Experience in the building construction industry a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for brand storytelling and creative marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies.
