Marketing Executive-Digital and Social Media

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS, ensuring effective use of client ad budgets.
2. Identify, develop and prepare interesting and trendy social media contents.
3. Measure success and report performance of social media campaigns.
4. Responsible for social media advertisements on awareness, lead generation and other related objectives.
5. Engage in active digital marketing group discussion in proposing ideas for assigned campaigns and projects.
6. Oversee daily operations, engagement, and Q&A within the community.
7. Regular monitoring and understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the brand strategy remains competitive and effective.
8. Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
9. Generate weekly, monthly Ad performance reporting and any analysis report on the campaigns.
