Job Responsibility
Sales Development
Sales Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.
- Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- A bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with Taiwan Management.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry.
- Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
