Marketing Executive - Property Development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the Company’s upcoming property development projects.
• Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Company.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct property launch events, exhibitions and sales events.
• Conduct market research and generate reports of the Company’s competitors in relation to product pricing, new launches and marketing activities for the usage of the Company’s property division.
• Handle application of Developer license, advertising permit, submission of Construction Progress Report and submission of Project Updates to NAPIC.
• Liaise with financial institutions and lawyers to develop the required sales packages and documentation in line with the sales objectives of each project.
• Assist in APDL application/renewal, and liaise with authority for other licenses that related to marketing.
• Utilize various social media platforms and other relevant channels to enhance property visibility and generate potential leads

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
• Preferable with 2-3 years of related working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing would be advantageous for this role.
