Job Responsibility
- Plan and propose marketing activities for top managementâs meeting and approval.
- Prepare marketing contents, visuals, and Ad(s) for both online and offline campaigns.
- To carry out research on market trends, competitor product and marketing strategies etc.
- To schedule appointments with potential clients for discussions and perform product presentations.
- Have passions in baking, cooking, coffee brewing and Latte-art etc.
- Assist in social media boosting and KOL/influencer collaboration campaigns.
- To provide additional support for E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, PG Mall and Tik Tok shop etc.
- To monitor promotion price and ensure every platform is updated with the right selling price.
- Compile feedback and do monthly reviews after events/ marketing (online and offline) campaigns ended to improve the marketing activities effectiveness.
- To follow up on online chats and customerâs inquiries and assist in solving customerâs complaints.
- Assist to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Bakery Course, Barista course etc.
- Knowledge in content creation, video editing, basic design skills using Canva.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple ad campaigns at once.
