Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee and drive digital healthcare marketing and medical product strategies to enhance company’s brand presence and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize content quality on social media, maintaining active engagement with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and campaigns.
- Strategize business plans and monitor trade marketing activities.
- Develop annual Marketing and Brand plan of various brands based on analysis of market, trade and consumer needs, and company resources and capabilities.
- Develops and adapt various promotional materials and promotional activity in accordance with market trends to ensure profitability and ROI.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations and government representatives to achieve business objectives.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. Regular review and improvement of marketing programs and evaluate the viability of new ones.
- Regularly visit the field to gain insights into market dynamics, customer feedback, and program effectiveness.
- Provide monthly reports by effectiveness/outcome of activities, including analysis of business metrics, market trends, and future planning.
- Conduct competitive analysis on product pricing and effectiveness, regularly assessing and improving marketing programs.
- Coordinate upcoming initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to maximize engagement and support company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective trade marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 years related working experience in digital marketing.
- Science Background and knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical device sector is preferred.
- Experience working with major social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and other popular social media).
- Strong analytical, planning, and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Possess own transport.
