Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities for the brand in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain the brand image in Malaysia.
• Plan and manage brand content and promotions across all media platforms.
• Plan and implement annual brand events and product launches.
• Write and implement external promotional materials for the brand.
• Establish and promote a visual system for brand stores.
• Develop and implement a membership and private domain operation system for the brand.
• Execute other brand-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience in a large advertising agency or brand chain.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Strong resilience under pressure, willing to accept short- to medium-term travel.

Salary and Benefits:

• Total Income: RM8000 - RM12000 (Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Position Allowance + Year-End Bonus + Project Bonus)
