Marketing Manager (Biosurgical)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy development, market research, planning, execution, event planning, product management, and resource allocation.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Manager (Biosurgical), your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that align with corporate objectives. Your keen eye on the market will help you monitor competitive products and adjust promotional activities accordingly. You will also manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to establish and maintain good relationships with key hospitals and customers. Additionally, you will provide Sales, Marketing and Customer Service support for new and existing products.

• Develop strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives
• Monitor competitive products and marketing activities
• Oversee development and maintenance of customer database
• Adjust promotional activity for assigned products in accordance with market trends
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key hospitals and customers
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Provide Sales, Marketing and Customer Service support for new and existing products
• Design, write, and oversee the production of printed promotional materials
• Develop accurate sales forecasts for product lines as needed
• Responsible for meeting allocated budget in sales, expenses and margin for responsible product line
  
  

What You Bring

As a Marketing Manager (Biosurgical), you bring a wealth of experience in the field along with a strong educational background. Your expertise extends beyond just marketing - you are well-versed in budgeting cost estimating, fiscal management principles, procedures, project management, and have strong analytical skills. Your leadership abilities are evident through your ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels within an organization. You are comfortable working with MS Office tools which is essential for this role. Your market knowledge, backed by at least 3 years of experience in product management, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office is essential
• Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures
• Market knowledge with 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Strong leadership presence with an ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels within an organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills
