Marketing & Sales Director

Job Description

1. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and target customer segments.
3. Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
4. Digital Marketing : Manage online marketing efforts, including social media.
5. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and local business for collaboration and promotions.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
7. Event Coordination: Oversee Promotional events, trade show, matta fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Team Leadership: Train and mentor the marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Job Requirement

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
4. Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
5. Able to liaise with customer
6. Able to work under pressure and long hours.
7. Computer literate
