Master Data Developer

Develop and maintain Master Data applications and interfaces across multiple technologies (C#, PL/SQL, SAP).

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Develop and maintain Master Data applications and interfaces across multiple technologies (C#, PL/SQL, SAP).
• Manage and resolve incidents and change requests (CRs) via Remedy HD, Infineon’s central IT ticketing platform.
• Implement application CRs based on prioritization and urgency, in coordination with Application Owners.
• Assist in resolving escalated incidents that the 2nd-level Master Data support team cannot address.
• Collaborate closely with other Master Data developers and Application Owners to identify solutions and define requirements.
• Communicate with Application Owners to gather detailed information for CR implementation and provide man-day estimates for development efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions as part of problem management.
• Manage and support the Master Data application release process.
• Participate in project-related activities and contribute to project deliverables as needed.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with Application Owners, developers, and support teams.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL or C# programming.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of Master Data applications, including data objects, dependencies, and interfaces.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong self-motivation.
