Your Responsibilities

Contribute to various business projects by interpreting requirements and providing data maintenance solutions in the following areas:

• Master Data Maintenance: Assist with Supplier/ Customer/ Material/ Procurement Pricing data creation, updates, deactivations, reactivations in ERPs, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
• Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and precision of data.
• Support for ERP System Implementation: Aid in the centralization and implementation activities of ERP systems.
• Compliance: Follow established data policies and procedures.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Final-year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field of study.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Skills: Strong business acumen, quick learner, and excellent communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to providing feedback and solutions.
  
  

Additional Information

• Duration: 6-month internship.
• Location: UOA Business Center, Glenmarie, Hybrid Work
• Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a full 6-month internship period.
