Responsibilities

  • Management of vehicles & Machinery
    • Ensure all machineries are working in a good condition to get maximum output and to suit with technical requirement set out by the client/consultant.
    • Ensure that vehicles and machineries been cleaned and ready to be use at all time.
    • Report immediately any damage of vehicles and machineries.
  • Cooperation with team members and Level of Skills using machinery
    • Undertake responsibility to supervise the works in absent of supervisor.
    • Assist supervisor in executing daily site progress report.
    • Ensure machinery are ready before start work.
    • Capable of operate more than 3 machines
  • Quality of work
    • Ensure the quality of pavement work is good.
    • Ensure no defect and no rework cause of machine operation.
    • Adhere to Safe Working Practices at work site follow HSE requirement.
    • Ensure all work conducted comply with Work Instruction as approved.
  • Responsible to submit monthly machineries report to Logistic Machineries Department.
  • Responsible to record daily diesel consumption for each of machineries.
  • Code & Ethic Works
    • Attendance to site as scheduled.
    • Report to team leader if have emergency or any medical leave.
    • Dress code at site must be proper and follow guidelines.
Requirements

  • Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 3 and/or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery for roadwork or related industries.
  • Proven ability to operate a minimum of three different types of heavy machinery listed (e.g., Paver, Milling, Tandem Roller, etc.).
