我們正在招募一名維修主管，該職位應具備豐富的金屬結構安裝、維修和維護知識，並具備優秀的領導能力和良好的溝通能力。

- 能夠合作和管理維修和維護團隊。
- 能夠獨立工作並作為團隊領導與其他員工進行團隊合作。
- 負責分配的工作效率、進度品質和安全。
- 確保工具、設備和材料隨時可用，並由您負責保管和照顧。
- 應對工人進行監督和訓練。
- 協調日常清潔和維護活動。
- 監督所有工作並確保工作按時完成。
- 所有維護和維修工作進行跟進。
- 確保運輸/公司車輛狀況良好（檢查/記錄服務/稅率）。
- 上級/管理階層可能指派的任何其他職責
- 具有 SPM / 文憑同等學歷或具有機械 / 電氣技術員經驗。
- 須持有 GDL 執照/ 願意接受工作確認
- 擁有2年以上經驗
- 具備機械/電氣工作的維修和保養知識。
- 具備安全與健康的基本知識。
- 能夠承受壓力並按時完成工作。
- 對所分配的工作有良好的主動性和積極思維。
- 能夠與自己的管理階層和客戶進行良好的溝通。
- 能寫馬來語/英語。
- 有空的時候願意完成上級交辦的其他任務。
- 願意學習，因為工作期間會提供訓練。
- 擁有一些混凝土攪拌站維護的知識將會很有優勢。
