Job Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with a range of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Educate clients about aesthetic and skin treatments during consultations and answer any inquiries.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure clients are pleased with their results.
• Help maintain an organized inventory and keep treatment supplies well-stocked.
• Support front-office communication, including scheduling appointments and responding to various client questions.
• Build positive relationships with clients, creating a friendly and comfortable experience.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a team player, and strong customer service orientation.
• Communication skills are key; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, along with basic skincare knowledge.
