Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and build strong relationships within the travel industry. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the travel market, and the ability to develop partnerships that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and vendors to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Product Development: Work closely with tour planners and marketing teams to design and refine travel products that meet market demand and customer expectations.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement strategies to generate and convert leads, utilizing CRM tools to manage and monitor sales pipelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Brand Positioning: Support the development and execution of branding strategies to position the agency as a trusted leader in European travel experiences.
  • Financial Management: Develop budget forecasts and revenue projections, ensuring adherence to financial goals and identifying areas for cost optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales in any industry.
