Job Responsibility
- Responsible for selling club memberships.
- Prospect new clients through company provided leads, member referrals and build a network through your assigned member base.
- Exceed individual sales and service goals.
- Adhere to all sales and operational excellence standards related to providing a great member experience.
- Tracking and maintaining accurate records using companyâs sales systems.
- Work Location: Klang
- Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Encourage no experience & Fresh graduates candidate to apply.
- Able to speak in Mandarin add on advantage
- Possess a "go-get fit" attitude and have the DRIVE to Succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer services and possess an outgoing and motivating attitude.
- Passion for health, fitness, coaching and changing peopleâs lives.
- Positive work attitude, team player and willing to learn.
- Lucrative commission structure - Top performers can earn up to RM7000 and more including commission every month.
