Job Descriptions:

• To monitor and feedback on merchant request, competitors' activity and market update, to ensure achievement of business targets.
• To ensure terminals are install and set-up on time to capture maximum business volume.
• To perform account management on merchants to understand latest being of merchants and building relationship.
• To perform and management on merchant's CASA to capture maximum profitable to our business.
• To perform CASA conversion on existing base thus increasing the AMBANK Casa base.
• Ensure merchants are serviced to strengthen the relationship for continuous support of maximum high sales volume.
• To handle and escalate merchant's issues resolve it within reasonable timeline.
• To contribute effective feedback to improve efficiency of internal processes.
• Develop further on individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement of employee commitment and readiness to assume higher position.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
