Mold Technician II (Package R&D)

What You Will Do

• Process Execution & DoE:
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) and engineering trials under the guidance of Process Engineers.
• Assist in molding setup and operate specialized equipment for new process development.
• Maintain meticulous logs of DoE parameters, experimental setups, and final outcomes.
• Operational Excellence:
• Monitor and provide real-time feedback on Process Performance, suggesting practical adjustments to optimize yield and quality.
• Accurately record all process parameters and qualitative observations during trial runs.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of R&D equipment to minimize downtime.
• Data & Analysis:
• Support the engineering team in analyzing data to identify trends, recurring issues, or opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all technical documentation is updated and easily accessible for audit purposes.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Strictly follow all safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, etc.) and ensure experimental setups comply with industry and company standards.
  
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: Diploma holder or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Science) or a related technical discipline.
