Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and digital marketing trends.
- Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and align with the brandâs visual identity.
- Provide creative input and insights for the development of digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
