Qualifications & experience
- SPM
- Fluent Malay and English Speaking
- Warm, polite and pleasant character
- Proficiency in office software and a friendly demeanor
- Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing front desk operations, answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records and assisting with office organization
- General cleaning of office area
- Maintain company's social media
