What will you do?



Your Responsibility is to contribute to the growth of the channel distribution and set the according channel strategy.

You Are Expected To Manage The Following

  • Under the direction of the Commercial Director, implement the Division's sales and distribution strategy in the sales outlets
  • Achieve the sales department's quantitative and qualitative goals for his/her region
  • Recruit, motivate and develop his/her teams: by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sale, develop the expertise and know-how of his/her employees and implement organisational changes
  • Ensure continuous communication between management and his/her team. Inform and alert management to significant initiatives in the field (from his/her team, from the competition and from distributors
  • Develop a strong regional network and capacity of influence among key customers.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree of 10+ years experience
  • Experience in FMCG MNCs is a must have
  • Plan, budget and identify trends for the brands at all P&L levels
  • Monitor revenue and set strategy to achieve target
  • Coordinate and validate brand sales forecast to ensure sales target and proper stock
  • Produce the monthly reporting and KPI's within his/her area of responsibility
  • Check the correct allocation of expenses by analyzing consistency between budget trends and actions taken by the managers
