As our Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of launching and stabilizing new client operations in our Contract Logistics business. As our Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of launching and stabilizing new client operations in our Contract Logistics business. Your ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex onboarding projects will ensure smooth transitions and operational excellence for our customers.
How you create impact
- Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding initiatives, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate across internal teams (operations, IT, HR, finance, and commercial) to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary customer interface during the onboarding process, ensuring alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.
- Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and post-mortem reports to senior stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure that customer SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes are documented, tested, and ready before go-live.
- Drive continuous improvement in onboarding methodology, toolkits, and best practices.
- A relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
- 5–7 years’ experience managing onboarding or implementation projects in contract logistics, 3PL, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and local language (if applicable).
- A dynamic regional role with high visibility across commercial and operational leadership teams.
