Non Trade Procurement AM / Executive

Job description:

• Managing supplier relations and sourcing of new supplier on Assets, Equipment, Operational used items, Project material, and services and negotiating yearly plan for the best or most cost-effective contracts or deals.
• Managing daily purchasing activities on operation used such as issuing Purchase Order and follow up shipment schedule and purchased delivery on time.
• Managing Non-Trade inventories and maintaining accurate supplier info, purchase and pricing records.
• Preparing and execution plan on branch opening purchases of project construction material, equipment, retail assets and operational material.
• Assists in preparing cost estimates and managing budgets of purchasing.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and standard operation processes (SOP).
• Managing Project/construction material for new store*

Qualification:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Hands-on experience in materials/equipment or procurement management is preferred.
• Strong influential skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal, management skills, communications skills and a team player.
• Mandarin speaking is added advantage
